Apologies to Giota and Elpida that things you sent are not specifically included, because you sent a lot of useful information, but I didn’t have time to read through and digest it properly to pick out the relevant bits. However, as we mentioned at the Team meeting the information has many uses and this exercise means we now have the starting point for monitoring progress to make the reporting to Hewlett easier next time.

 

Our next telephone meeting is booked for Wed 18th November. I would like us to have a report agreed to send on Wednesday 11th November which would mean if Kathy has any further questions then we have a week rather than a day to prepare answers. So please all bear this in mind in relation to reporting what you are doing and planning to do in whatever place you feel most comfortable with:

 

Most of the telephone call centred on what is happening with the sub-contract with CMU, which is ‘very’ close to being agreed and signed now. My impression was that Kathy is very happy with progress and the amount of information that she is getting from us. The fact that we sent so much written information meant that we didn’t actually discuss the documents in detail.
